· Accounting and tax service providers: for legal compliance.
· Public authorities: when required by law (tax authorities, courts, security forces).

IX. SECURITY MEASURES
R16V Suspension implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, in accordance with the risk level. The Website operates under an SSL certificate, ensuring encrypted transmission of data.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security against malicious access. In the event of a personal data breach that may pose a high risk to User rights, R16V Suspension will notify the affected Users and the Spanish Data Protection Agency without undue delay.
X. MINORS
The Online Store is not directed to minors under 14 years of age. The processing of personal data of minors under 14 requires the express consent of parents or legal guardians.
