SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the online store. By placing an order, the customer ("Buyer") expressly accepts these Terms in their entirety.

R16V Suspension reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will apply to orders placed after their publication on the Website.

PRODUCTS

The products offered through the Online Store are described with the maximum possible accuracy. However, slight variations in color, finish or technical specifications may occur due to photographic reproduction or product improvements.

Some products are manufactured or configured to order and may require specific information from the Buyer (vehicle model, weight, riding style, etc.). The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information.

Product availability is subject to stock. Products in stock are typically shipped within 24 hours. Products not currently in stock are manufactured to order, with an estimated preparation time of 2 to 3 weeks, which will be indicated on the product page or communicated to the Buyer after the order is placed.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, R16V Suspension will inform the Buyer and offer either a replacement, a delayed delivery or a full refund.

PRICES

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT (21%) when applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are displayed without Spanish VAT, as these territories are subject to their own tax regimes (IGIC, IPSI).

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

R16V Suspension reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

ORDERING PROCESS

To place an order:

Select the product(s) and add them to the cart.
Proceed to checkout and enter shipping and billing information.
Choose the shipping method and payment method.
Review the order summary and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.
Confirm and complete payment.

Once the order is placed, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes proof of the contract between the Buyer and R16V Suspension.

R16V Suspension reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, payment errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information.

PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted payment methods include:

· Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

· PayPal

· Bank transfer (for large orders, upon request)

All payments are processed through secure, certified payment providers. R16V Suspension does not store complete payment card details on its servers.

FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract between R16V Suspension and the Buyer is formed once the order confirmation email is sent. Until that moment, R16V Suspension reserves the right to refuse the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping conditions, costs and delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy, available on the Website footer and forming an integral part of these Terms.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The Buyer's right of withdrawal, return conditions and refund procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available on the Website footer and forming an integral part of these Terms.

LEGAL WARRANTY

All products sold by R16V Suspension are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of 3 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 transposing EU Directive 2019/771).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity. It does NOT cover:

· Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation or unauthorized modifications.

· Normal wear and tear.

· Damage caused by accidents, misuse or external causes.

· Products installed or repaired by unauthorized third parties.

To claim under the warranty, the Buyer must contact ventas@r16vsuspension.com with the order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs.

LIABILITY

R16V Suspension's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. R16V Suspension is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from improper use, incorrect installation, or modification of products by the Buyer or unauthorized third parties.

The installation of suspension components should be carried out by qualified professionals. R16V Suspension is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of the Website, including text, images, logos, designs, trademarks and software, is the property of R16V Suspension or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website footer.

FORCE MAJEURE

R16V Suspension shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

For consumers, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence. For non-consumer transactions, the parties submit to the courts of Igualada (Barcelona, Spain).
